
It's no easy job for Eidos. Charged with creating some of the finest video games known to man with 100s of people per project and all the underlying risks too. They needed a solution that enabled them to run projects more efficiently and effectively - saving time and, of course, money.
We wrote a versatile project management system for them that will work with any game that they produce: scheduling, alerting, processing and benchmarking - with risk management and critical path analysis thrown in for good measure.
