The birth of a new browser
Microsoft have released the new Internet Explorer 8, a smart upgrade of their leading browser technology and Spook were called in to help explain the new features to an eager audience.
But here’s the problem. Just talking about browser technology can get kind of boring, so we decided to take a different tack and talk about how this smart new upgrade actually brought Microsoft’s customers a whole new web of possibilities.

There’s a whole web out there and people tend to exist in their own small corner of it, only ever exploring sites they know and rarely stepping beyond their own back garden. So Spook created a microsite dedicated to discovery, allowing users to use IE8 to break some boundaries and explore some brand new spaces online.
Following our successful UK launch the microsite was localised for 6 other European territories, launching the new IE8 browser to world of new explorers.
