HP Social Media Strategy
With diverse business units and wide ranging marketing and communications objectives, HP recognized that engaging audiences through social media could have tremendous value. They sought a strategic model that could unify social media efforts by identifying the most common starting points and providing a framework for essential activities: listening, engaging and measuring.
We worked with HP to develop the overall model and each of the supporting frameworks. And at present, we are finalizing development of a virtual playbook and range of supporting materials to aid distribution of the materials to the HP team across Europe.
