Figuring out how things work and how to make them work better is totally Tori’s bag. Words like “process”, “communication”, and “quality” – she’d hate us to band them about like ninja throwing stars but they do a good job of explaining what she’s all about.
Mama Spook has been an integral part of the team since way back in ’02 and originally comes from the production side (there’s a full on geek coder in there still I’m sure) so knows the full ins and outs of what we do here and how to make it all run smoothly.
Tori also enforces the happy fun times and makes Tequila the forfeit for any company indiscretions (out of working hours of course – but you gotta stay true to your roots).
